Q. What is Alo?
A. Alo is a long distance calling plan that is available in 3 customizable packages, Personal, Family and corporate. Each package allows users to make International and Domestic calls at the lowest rates available in the market.
Q. What is Access?
A. Access is an international call-forwarding service that enables you to acquire unique virtual phone numbers in the countries of your choice and forward your calls directly to your telephone number(s).
Q. What is Nomad?
A. Nomad is a SIM card designed to reduce end user’s roaming costs when using their cellular phone while traveling. Nomad SIM are accessible from over 200 countries worldwide. Nomad SIM cards work with any unlocked GSM handset. Each Nomad card is accompanied with a dedicated Voicemail. End users can View their call and Payment history online along with easy and fast online account recharging.
Q. What is Chodai?
A. Chodai is a dedicated telephone number that can be customized to receive calls from anywhere worldwide. Chodai is Corporations favourite telecommunication incentive that allows them to stay connected with their customers worldwide cost effectively and without any hassle. Chodai numbers will be available for corporate clients in business card format to be used from anywhere worldwide.
Balance and Recharge:
Q. Which methods of payments are acceptable for purchasing VIVE products and services online?
A. Vive accepts Paypal and Moneybookers as its main methods of payments.
Q. How do I use PayPal?
A. Step 1: First, go to PayPal's home page and choose "Sign Up Now!"
Step 2: Select the country where you live and choose a language preference.
Step 3: Now you need to choose a type of PayPal account. PayPal offers three account types. When choosing between them, consider what you're going to use PayPal for.
Step 4: Review the type of PayPal accounts: Personal, Premier, and Business.
Step 5: Read the user agreement, and then click to create your account.
Step 6: You'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Click on the link in the email.
Step 7: Sign into your account with the password you just set up. Now you're ready to go!
Q. How do I set up auto recharge on my VIVE account?
A. Login into your VIVE account. Select Auto Recharge from the list located on the left side of the page. Enter your payment information and click on the box next to Terms and conditions and submit.
Q. What is the minimum acceptable balance for auto recharge?
A. Auto Recharge minimums is $2.00 USD.
Q. How do I disable my vive account’s auto recharge?
A. Disabling Auto Recharge is simple.
Login to your VIVE account
Visit the Payment section and uncheck the auto Recharge box
VIVE Team will automatically send you an email to confirm that you want to disable your auto charge
Click on the link to confirm disabling your auto recharge feature and you’re done
**Please note that depending your email security set up, sometimes confirmation emails and registration emails may end up in Bulk Mail or Spam Mail box. Please check your Bulk mail or Spam mail for your VIVE emails. **
Q. How long does it take for my account to be recharged once I set up auto recharge?
A. Vive system will check the balances every 2-5 minutes. Your automatic recharge amount will be available for use in 5 minutes from recharge.
Q. How can I add money to my VIVE account?
A. If you are Online Users, please login to your vive.com account and select the recharge account by online purchase. If you are an agent, you must first purchase a top up VIVE card from us. Log into your account; add the new PIN located under the scratch pad in order to top up your existing agent account.
Account Activation:
Q. How long will it take before my VIVE account is available for use?
A. Your VIVE account will be available for use minutes after you have registered an account with VIVE. Please note that account activation may take longer for corporate users using specific products. Please contact sales@vive.com for more information regarding account activation.
Q. How many phone numbers can I activate to my VIVE account?
A. You can activate up to 5 different phone numbers into your VIVE account. Vive does have the capability to add more than 5 phone numbers into corporate accounts upon request.
Q. How do I change one or more phone numbers activated to my VIVE account?
A. Login to your account on vive.com and go to your account information section and simple delete or add new numbers.

Q. Where can I check for the most recent Alo Rates?
A. Visit Rates page for a list of rates available from various destinations using landline, Cellular phones through different types of account. Please make sure you are checking the rates from your regional page.
Q. Do I need to use my PIN for every call I make with my VIVE account?
A. No, you don’t’ need to use your PIN for every call you make. Simply add your phone numbers which you will be making calls from to your VIVE online account and you’ll be able to make long distance calls from your phone.
Q. My family lives in Brazil and I live in Japan, Can I purchase a Sao Paulo telephone number?
A. Yes, you can purchase a Sao Paulo number even though you live in Japan. With VIVE Access you can select your city that you wish to have a phone number in from the list of access numbers available for each country.
Q. Is it possible to have more than one international ACCESS telephone number?
A. Yes, with VIVE Access, you can have as many international telephone numbers as you wish. Please visit Access from list of products dropdown for more information.
Q. If my friends call my ACCESS telephone number from Sao Paulo, who would be charged for the call made? Me or My friends from Sao Paulo?
A. You will pay. You will pay a monthly fee for your access-number and for the long-distance leg of the call using VIVE-Alo rates. The person who really benefits from the VIVE-access-number is the caller as they only pay the cost of a local call.

A. Vive Alo plans are prepaid plans that will not interfere with your current long distance services. Try any of Alo’s packages and cancel if you don’t’ like the service at anytime. There is no contract! No obligations!
